3. Myth: Keeping the testicles remain cooler will improve the quality of semen (sperm). Fact: False. Cool the testicles with ice is not only dangerous but also ineffective. However, wearing tight clothes and prolonged driving should be avoided because it increases scrotal temperature and affect sperm quality due to heat and radiation. "For example, a laptop for too long, often a hot bath or sauna is not good for sperm and proven by many studies can reduce sperm count," he explained.


4. Myth: Only men aged parents who have infertility problems. Fact: No, even young men can have severe infertility problems. According to Sharma, the absence of sperm or very low sperm count can be found at the age of 20 years. 


5. Myth: Are smoking and drinking cause infertility in men? Fact: This is not a myth. Quitting smoking and reducing alcohol drinking is very advantageous because both are known to poison the sperm. 


6. Myth: Nutritional supplements do not help in improving the quality of sperm. Fact: Anti-oxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium can help increase sperm count, but only to a certain extent. 


7. Myth: Mobile phones are stored in a pocket emit electromagnetic waves, which damage the quality of sperm. Fact: "It's not always true. Because of these concerns can not be proven by larger studies," he said. 


8. Myth: If you already have a previous child, will not suffer from infertility in later life. Fact: There is no guarantee for this. There are various reasons for a person experiencing secondary infertility, such as irregular ovulation in women, reduced sperm concentration in men or other hormonal changes that affect both men and women. 


9. Myth: Body weight did not affect male fertility. Fact: False. Men with an optimal body mass index (BMI) of about 20-25 tend to have better sperm and sperm production is more normal. While men who are overweight should try to lose weight the healthy way. 


10. Myth: Cycling or riding motorcycles too often affect male fertility or sperm count? Fact: Not true! Cycling does not affect the sperm count. However, a problem that should concern cyclists are actually more related to the erection, "he said.

This list would have been great if only the word "Myth" does not appear before the beginning of the sentences. It shows that some are not really myths. It is just kind of confusing. Great facts though.
