Reading always, Fish Oil not Proven Make It Smart. We know from long ago, that fish oil can make a person can become smart after drinking the oil. But Reading always, never believe it. So fish oil that you think can make your toddler can be smart, it turns out wrong. This Reading Always give the article Fish Oil Proven not Make It Smart, to you mothers who have a toddler.

Following this, the article Reading always for you.!!

The study which lasted for seven years was announced by Dr.Cristina Campoy from Spain. The results of this research as well as strengthen the evidence of research scientists from Norway recently who also found no differences in IQ levels among children aged 7 years when pregnant mothers consume fish oil with a no.

Fatty acids, such as docosahezaenoic acid (DHA) found in oily fish and some other food sources include milk, is necessary for fetal growth and development. The problem is, whether pregnant women who took supplements of this nutrient will affect the baby later intelligence.

In his research, Campoy also asked the pregnant women who participated in this study consumed fish oil, fish oil and folic acid, folic acid alone, or pills that do not contain nutrients, in a two-trimester pregnancy.

Then 7 years later, Campoy and his team tested the intelligence of 154 children born to mothers who participated in the study. The result, the children have a comparable level of intelligence, no matter what diasup supplement their mothers.

Despite this, Campoy confirmed that the results of his research is not to prove that fatty acids like DHA are not important. In fact, the researchers found children who at birth have high enough levels of DHA in their blood, have the result of slightly higher intelligence test when they were 7 years old.

What I want to emphasize the results of this research is that pregnant mothers do not need to consume fish oil supplements. Adding food sources of omega-3 in the daily diet before and during pregnancy thats enough. In fact, diets rich in omega-3 in the long run far more beneficial than fish oil supplementation during pregnancy.

Other studies on fish oil was published in Australia. They mention fish oil supplements did not improve infant visual function.

The researchers revealed that there are many factors that affect infant growth and development, namely genetic, stimulation and nutrition. In other words, if only relying on fish oil alone to get the smart kids, then the result in vain.
