Microsoft has joined the agency Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) to launch a new version of Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) that includes several features to help keep kids safe while online.
Web browser offers the latest default homepage sites that give advice on how to stay safe while online. In addition, IE9 also offers the ability to search for sites in the internet security of the column search bar provided.

"Finally, it is important for parents to understand their role in supervising the children, by ensuring that children not submit information about themselves in the public domain that can be used to identify children and make them ashamed of in the future," concluded Tony Anscombe, AVG ambassador.
IE9 latest version was released to coincide with 'Safer Internet Day', on February 8.
